Standard service time scale is an estimate and average of our turnaround times from receiving, logging, grading, labelling, encapsulating and returning your submission, This is a rough guideline that we aim to complete your submission by. But during busy periods it is a possibility this can surpass our estimated time orders can also be returned sooner but this purely depends on availability.

Please include the service level on the outside of the box and also with your paperwork inside so they can be identified and processed accordingly.

Please note, for autographed/signed cards we do not autheticate the signatures and will not be recognised in our label unless verified by a 3rd party company ie 'topps certified signature holo tape'
